polycarbonate covers, aluminum slide rails, molded EVA shell cases, PE boards

TRANSPORTATION The molded bottom case with an extra-wide monocoque wheel
chassis, replaceable skate wheels, and optional clip-on wheel 2.0 make rolling
the bag through crowded airports a breeze. While the multiple and usefully
positioned handles make loading the bag into the car or onto the airport scale

tires and rims distribute pressure from the exterior over the side areas
protecting the spokes and disc brake rotors. Plastic shields prevent the wheel
axles from protruding through the material. REINFORCED FORK MOUNT The fork is
mounted to the rigid foam bike block with padding. The fork dropouts are
additionally protected by a plastic shield at the bottom, and the included
frame pad keeps the frame safe. COLLAPSIBLE The protective fiberglass and
plastic rods can be removed allowing the bike travel bag to be folded up and
stowed away when not in use. MATERIALS Heavy-duty PU coated nylon-ripstop with
10 mm padding and used in high-abrasion areas, and the woven PE fabric is used
